Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Projects2Jobs. If you use the service on behalf of another person, school, company, or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account. Keep login credentials secure and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service or other users.

3. The Service

Projects2Jobs provides career planning workflows, resume parsing, readiness reports, project recommendations, project workspaces, generated career assets, portfolio review, application tracking, interview prep, LinkedIn rewrites, cover letters, networking templates, and public roadmaps. We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features at any time.

Projects2Jobs does not guarantee employment, interviews, admission, compensation, or any specific career outcome.

4. AI-Generated Output

AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying generated content before using it. Do not use generated content to misrepresent your background, credentials, work, school, employer, achievements, or metrics.

You own your original input content. To the extent permitted by applicable law and provider terms, you may use generated outputs for your personal job-search and portfolio purposes, subject to these Terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of resumes, profile information, projects, notes, job application materials, links, screenshots, public roadmaps, feedback, and other content you submit. You grant Projects2Jobs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and use your content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

If you publish content to public roadmap pages, you grant us permission to display that content publicly. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to publish it and that it does not include confidential, proprietary, unlawful, or sensitive personal information.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Projects2Jobs to:

• violate law, third-party rights, or employer confidentiality obligations;
• upload malware, credentials, secrets, or illegal content;
• harass, abuse, defame, threaten, or discriminate against others;
• bypass authentication, authorization, usage limits, rate limits, or billing controls;
• scrape, crawl, overload, or interfere with the service;
• reverse engineer or copy the service except as allowed by law;
• misrepresent AI-generated content as verified fact or actual work experience;
• abuse, overuse, or exploit generations in any way that degrades, disrupts, or otherwise affects the experience for other users;
• intentionally misuse generations, public sharing, or any other feature of the service.
• use the service to make employment, credit, housing, insurance, legal, medical, or other high-impact decisions about another person.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to block or restrict any person from using the app, from using generation features, or from public sharing.

7. Paid Access And Billing

Paid access, usage limits, access periods, invoices, taxes, and payment methods are shown at checkout or in the billing area. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing one-time paid access, you authorize the charge shown at checkout.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, downgrade, suspend, or terminate paid features. Taxes may be added where required. Any legacy subscription access remains subject to its original checkout terms until canceled.

You can manage billing or cancel a legacy subscription through the billing portal when available, or by contacting help@projects2jobs.ai. Cancellation of legacy subscriptions stops future renewals but does not automatically refund amounts already paid unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

8. Usage Limits

Free and paid access may include monthly generation limits, burst limits, feature limits, or fair-use restrictions. We may enforce limits automatically and may adjust limits to protect reliability, prevent abuse, or reflect changes in provider costs.

Access described as offering "unlimited" generations remains subject to an undisclosed maximum dollar value of usage. Once your usage reaches that internal threshold, generation may be blocked or restricted, even with unlimited access.

9. Third-Party Services

Projects2Jobs depends on third-party providers such as Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI or other AI providers, analytics providers, error monitoring providers, hosting providers, OAuth providers, and email providers. Their services and terms may apply to your use of those features. We are not responsible for third-party outages, data handling, or changes outside our control.

10. Intellectual Property

Projects2Jobs, including its software, design, branding, workflows, prompts, text, and other service materials, is owned by Noah's Ark Tech LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. By using the service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Projects2Jobs disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Projects2Jobs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim or 100 US dollars.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Projects2Jobs from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

15. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account from settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay required fees, create risk for the service or others, or if continued access would be unlawful.

16. Changes

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
